Our Eggs come from Hens that forage freely on native grasses, plants and insects.  We practice rotational grazing over 42 acres of pastureland where the birds provide natural inputs of nitrogen into the soil.  Followed by a period of rest and cover cropping.

Hens

Our Hens are a heritage breed, and their eggs will be multiple sizes, shapes and colors. - unlike commercial breeds where the hens are bred to lay large eggs which are uniform in size, shape and color.  Similar to monocropping with vegetables, but with hens.
